Job summary

Bis Henderson in Cannock is seeking a Management Accountant to produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, including management accounts; be commercially minded and provide insight to support decision-making while strengthening financial controls. You will work with stakeholders to drive business performance and will focus on improving processes.

The role requires Part-Qualified ACCA or CIMA, strong Excel, and excellent communication, with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Produce Daily, Weekly, and Monthly analysis reports.

• Produce variance analysis, KPI reporting and financial insights.
• Work around Accruals, Journals, General Ledger, and KPI Reporting.
• Take charge of key areas such as Balance Sheet, Stock Control, Fixed Fleet Costs, and Capital Expenditure.

Summary:

The Management Accountant will be responsible for producing accurate daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting, including the preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts. You will be commercially minded and provide insight to support decision-making and work proactively with stakeholders to help drive business performance while also focusing on strengthening financial controls and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce Daily, Weekly, and Monthly analysis reports.
• Preparing accurate weekly and monthly Management Accounts, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Experience:

• Excellent Communicator: Clear communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Excel Expert: Advanced skills in Excel are a must for managing reports and analysis.
