What will you be doing?

• Managing module setup and ensuring all CAPEX is correctly coded
• Overseeing transactional uploads
• Collaborating with external cost consultants to report actuals against budgets monthly
• Recognizing cost accruals during the month-end reporting cycle
• Preparing CAPEX figures for monthly drawdowns and providing variance analysis to the Treasury team
• Handling tax and reporting obligations
• Actualizing portfolio CAPEX monthly and generating insightful reports
• Producing financial reports for the development team regarding land and assets under construction
• Supporting the preparation of monthly and management accounts
• Responding to ad hoc queries

What skills will you need?

• Qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
• Experience as a Management Accountant in the property sector
• Ambitious attitude with initiative and drive
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI is preferred
