An exciting opportunity has opened to join the finance team as Senior Management Accountant, taking ownership of monthly reporting, stock analysis, costing, and margin insight.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer, contributing directly to business decisions and playing a key role in shaping finance operations across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing group and subsidiary management accounts
• Leading stock valuation, ageing and provisioning
• Reviewing gross margin performance and product costing
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Driving process improvements and systems development
• Coaching and developing your direct reports

What we're looking for:

You’ll be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with proven experience in a stock-heavy environment. Strong Excel and ERP system skills are a must, and experience with Navision is advantageous. You’ll be commercially curious, detail-focused, and confident leading others and improving processes.
