Job summary

Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is partnering with a client in Manchester to appoint a Management Accountant. The role centers on delivering detailed monthly management accounts with forecasting and statutory compliance, while leading a team of Finance Assistants.

The successful candidate will have ACCA/CIMA qualifications with about five years post-qualification experience, excellent communication, and a penchant for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA with ~5 years post-qualification experience
• Hands-on approach delivering monthly management accounts with forecasting and statutory compliance
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

• Prepare detailed monthly management accounts packs including forecasting and statutory compliance
• Lead and develop a team of Finance Assistants

Our Client was founded in 2010 and is a Materials – Supply and Design business that trades across the Globe.

WHAT OUR CLIENT NEEDS FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

• Qualified ACCA / CIMA – with c 5 years post qualification experience
• A hands on approach which will result in the delivery of a details Monthly Management Accounts packs which will include detailed Reporting across Forecasting and Statutory Compliance
• Exposure and a passion for Process Improvements – which might include Systems Implementation
• Strong communication skills in order to be able to build and maintain strong Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Be able to lead and develop a team of Finance Assistants

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

• Basic Salary range of c £45,000 – £50,000 doe
• Hybrid working with flexible start and finish times – after probation
