Job summary

The Accountancy Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Management Accountant in Urmston, offering both hands-on accounting and study support. The role sits within a growing group and provides opportunities to influence, develop processes and mentor junior staff.

You will work on P&L and balance sheet reporting, partner with commercial teams, and receive excellent guidance from senior finance leadership during a period of growth and change. The salary range is £40k-£50k with study support.

Qualifications

• ACCA or CIMA studying.
• Experience in management accounts prep (P&L and BS) as Assistant MA or MA.
• Excellent analytical / Excel skills.

Management Accountant (ACCA / CIMA studier) Urmston £40,000 - £50,000 + study support

The Opportunity

Are you a CIMA / ACCA studier looking for a fully fledged Management Accounting role within a growing group of companies.

This is a real sweet-spot for an ambitious management accountant you'll be joining a privately owned group of companies circa £35m turnover small enough that you can have an influence, be appreciated and fast-tracked but large and complex enough that there is loads to be involved in and lots of scope for you to develop.

You'll be involved in a host of added value projects alongside your business as usual reporting - developing systems and processes, coaching junior colleagues in finance, enhancing the reporting pack and MI, business partnering with colleagues across commercial areas .

You'll have excellent guidance and mentoring from the FC and Group FD - a modern leadership team who can offer superb advice.

It's a growing business amid a phase of investment injection and change and you will add a valuable bag of key achievements to your CV over the next 2-3 years. There is clear scope for career progression in a business that will continue to make acquisitions.

Required:

• ACCA or CIMA studying.
