Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Management Accountant for a Gloucester-based role that combines management accounting with financial analysis and strong business partnering capabilities.

You will produce monthly management accounts, perform variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting while helping to improve controls and processes across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA certification.
• Experience in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Ability to partner with budget holders and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary highlighting risks and opportunities.

Management Accountant | £55,000 - £65,000 | Gloucester | Contract

Morgan Mckinley are looking for a Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing and highly succesful organisation in Gloucester. This is a broad role where you'll combine strong management accounting with financial analysis and business partnering.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (dependant on experience)
Working pattern: Mostly office based
Contract: FTC (one year and with a high chance this role will go permanent)

Why you're a great fit

You'll be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience as a Management Accountant and be confident using a range of systems. You must also be available at short notice (no more than a 2 week notice period)
