Artis Accountancy and Finance are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Management Accountant to join a forward-thinking leadership team. This is a key role within a well-established automotive retail group, providing critical financial insights, supporting operational performance, and driving profitability across multiple sites.

Senior Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
Business partner with operational leaders to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor KPIs and deliver financial performance reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls, processes, and industry standards
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools
Mentor and support junior finance team members

Senior Management Accountant Experience and Qualifications:
Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
Significant experience in the automotive retail sector is essential
Strong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Kerridge/CDK, Sage, Excel)
Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume retail environment
