• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes.
• Analyse actual performance versus budget, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Assist with year-end close and act as a point of contact for external auditors.
• Provide timely reporting and financial insight to support senior leadership decision-making.
