You’ll be part of our Managed Services team, working closely with Professional Services, Operations, technical teams, Payroll & Compliance specialists and customers to deliver seamless onboarding experiences. You’ll play an important role in connecting implementation and operational teams, coordinating activities and ensuring everyone is aligned and prepared for a successful transition into Business as Usual. Through strong collaboration and communication, you’ll help create a controlled, professional and positive onboarding experience for our customers.
This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise across customer onboarding, service readiness, migration management and operational transition. You’ll take ownership of onboarding activities for new customers and service upgrades, completing readiness assessments, validating configurations and ensuring payroll, pensions, processes and controls are correctly established ahead of go-live.
You’ll build valuable experience across governance, risk management, change control and compliance while developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. You’ll also participate in project meetings, readiness reviews and customer discussions, strengthening your ability to manage priorities, identify risks and communicate effectively throughout the onboarding journey.
Your work will directly influence how successfully customers transition into Managed Services. By completing robust readiness checks, validating service configurations and ensuring onboarding requirements are accurately documented and approved, you’ll help reduce risk and ensure customers are fully prepared for go-live.
You’ll support customers through go-live and early-life service, helping to create a smooth transition into BAU while maintaining high standards of governance and compliance. You’ll also identify challenges and opportunities for improvement, helping us standardise and enhance our onboarding processes to create a more consistent, efficient and scalable experience for future customers.
