The Role: Field Service Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing on-site support for managed print solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of clients' systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and training end-users.
• Completing preventative maintenance and field modifications.
• Maintaining service records and administrative responsibilities promptly.
• Communicating daily with customers and the service desk for resolution and follow-up.
• Driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire
