Job summary

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Qualified Mammographers to join our team at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary in Lancaster. The role includes mammography within a busy breast imaging service and opportunities for trainees to develop via PgCert in Mammography.

We welcome Trainee Mammographers and Diagnostic Radiographers aiming to specialise, with trainee pay progression outlined Year 1–Year 4.

Qualifications

• BSc Radiography or equivalent.
• HCPC Registration.
• Evidence of CPD.
• Post Graduate Award in Mammography.

Responsibilities

• Provide mammography services as part of the breast screening program.
• Work across Royal Lancaster Infirmary and other sites as required.
• Support a fast, accurate diagnostic imaging service for patients.
