Job summary

Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT is seeking an enthusiastic radiographer to join our Breast Team in the Mammography service. The post covers both symptomatic and screening work across three sites, using state-of-the-art equipment and a commitment to professional development.

Applicants must hold a DCR or BSc Diagnostic Radiography with a Postgraduate Award in Mammography; female applicants only. UK registration is essential; closing date 04 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Mammography.
• Current UK Registration with Health Professions Council.
• Postgraduate award in Mammography Practice or equivalent.
• Evidence of CPD and relevant courses.

Responsibilities

• Read mammograms and perform interventional biopsies where required.
• Breast ultrasound and extended role activities as trained.
• Contribute to quality assurance and governance in the breast service.
