Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end IT managed services for a flagship client in Malta. The role demands strong leadership, client relationship management and deep experience in delivery governance.

The position offers a full-time onsite relocation to Malta with visa and relocation support. Exceptional communication in English and a proven track record in service excellence are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ service delivery management experience in IT Support/Managed Services.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong customer focus with ability to engage at senior levels.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities and issues.
• Organised, delivery-focused with strong planning and process discipline.
• Superior time-management and urgency.
• People-oriented with leadership influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer service contracts.
• Drive renewals and manage contract profitability.
• Manage commercial elements of contracts.
• Coordinate ITIL-based incident, problem, change and release processes.
• Liaise across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered to a high standard.
• Escalate and implement process controls as needed.
• Provide performance reporting and trend analysis.
• Lead continual service improvement with customers.
