Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect for a consulting/Big 4 environment. The role focuses on presales, high-level solution design, and leading multi-region implementations using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Onsite work in Malta with relocation support and cross-border collaboration. The candidate should have architect-level certifications, 15+ years in Dynamics CE, and strong leadership with executive-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE across multiple versions.
• Architect level certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform preferred.
• Strong presales, proposal development and business development involvement.
• Experience coordinating offshore/onshore teams and large multiregion deployments.
• Graduate degree in Computing/IT with 15+ years in CE CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for large engagements.
• Act as SME for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack; mentor teams.
• Drive pre-sales activities, solution architecture, and demos.
• Collaborate on proposals and client presentations to C-Suite stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and development of market-differentiating offerings.
