Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to relocate to Malta and join a hybrid, full-time role. You will work on a Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CE related stack, with frontend React.js and backend .NET technologies, while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Role requires 6–8 years in IT, strong OOP, DS/algorithms, databases, async programming, and cloud/DevOps awareness. Relocation visa package is provided; salary in euros with benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6–8 years hands-on IT experience.
• Proficient with object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficient in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in relational databases and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with full-stack development: React.js (Frontend) and .NET (Backend).
• Familiarity with popular source control, cloud-based services, containerization and DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software developers in daily duties.
• Mentor, delegate and assist other developers.
• Coach and motivate team members to sustain talent and reduce attrition.
