Job summary

ABM is recruiting for a front-facing Security and Cleaning role at Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre, Birmingham. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of cleaning while representing the client’s security presence on site.

You will work as part of a team or independently, delivering discreet service in a busy shopping centre. The role emphasises professionalism, confidentiality, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is advantageous.
• Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritise tasks.
• Happy to work alone and as part of a team.
• Friendly and a team player.
• Understanding of confidentiality and discretion in a corporate building.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning services to client facilities in and around the building to a high standard.
• Shopping Centre Cleaning.
• Cleaning main customer areas.
• Flexibility to move around the site if required.
