Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two gentlemen in their Wisbech home with personalised care and daily activities. You will listen, empower decisions, and support their independence within a compassionate team.

The role offers full training, potential driving duties, and opportunities to make a real difference in clients’ lives. DBS check is required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence preferable.
• Full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support two gentlemen in their home in Wisbech with person-centred care tailored to their needs, preferences and routines.
• Help them access the community and enjoy a range of activities.
• Provide compassionate support and assist with daily living tasks as required.

You’ll support two gentlemen in their home in Wisbech, providing person-centred care and support tailored to their individual needs, preferences and routines. A driver would be preferred to help support their needs and enable them to access the community and enjoy a range of activities.
