Prestige Nursing & Care in Manchester is seeking a Male Support Worker to help young male clients with brain injuries and other complex care needs. You will provide meaningful, person-centred support including daily living tasks, calendar management, cooking and cleaning, and assisting with appointments.
This role offers 4–6 hour shifts and a chance to build strong relationships while developing specialist skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

For this role, at the request of our young male clients, we require males only who are proactive, bubbly and observant.
Shift pattern: 4-6 hours per shift
At Prestige Nursing & Care, we don't do rushed care calls or agency-style work. Instead, you'll work with our own clients, providing meaningful, person-centred support to individuals living with brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other complex care needs.
All of our clients have a variety of hobbies, such as sports, shopping, heading to the gym and getting out into the community etc.
Usual daily tasks / needs include daily living skills, calendar management, assisting with cooking and cleaning and facilitating / attending appointments.
This is an opportunity to build genuine relationships, develop specialist skills, and deliver high-quality care that has a lasting impact.
While previous experience in support or care is desirable, we welcome applications with experience in other care settings who are passionate about providing outstanding support.
