Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care Manchester is seeking caring support workers to provide person-centred care for clients with brain injuries and other complex needs in Manchester. You will work with our own clients, ensuring meaningful daily support without rushed calls.

You may have previous care experience, but passion for delivering outstanding support is valued. Driving licence and UK work eligibility are required, with no sponsorships offered for overseas candidates.

Salary: GBP13.75 - GBP23.09 per hour

From £13.75 per hour depending on experience

For this role, at the request of our young male clients, we require males only who are proactive, bubbly and observant.

At Prestige Nursing & Care, we don't do rushed care calls or agency-style work. Instead, you'll work with our own clients, providing meaningful, person-centred support to individuals living with brain injuries, spinal injuries, and other complex care needs.

All of our clients have a variety of hobbies, such as sports, shopping, heading to the gym and getting out into the community etc.

Usual daily tasks / needs include daily living skills, calendar management, assisting with cooking and cleaning and facilitating / attending appointments.

This is an opportunity to build genuine relationships, develop specialist skills, and deliver high-quality care that has a lasting impact.

While previous experience in support or care is desirable, we welcome applications with experience in other care settings who are passionate about providing outstanding support.

What You'll Need
