Job summary

Lifeways in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live more independently within their community. You will support with daily routines, meals, personal care, and travel, while building confidence and promoting choice.

This role offers full-time hours (37.5 per week), day and night shifts, comprehensive training, DBS clearance, and a range of pay and rewards designed to value your commitment.

Shifts: 07:00–22:00 (Day) | 22:00–07:00 (Waking Night)

Pay: £12.71 per hour
