Transforming Support Coulsdon is seeking Male Support Workers to join Chipstead Court, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The role is full time, with day or night shifts and a rolling two-week rota.

You must have at least six months’ care experience, a commitment to independence and dignity, and good communication. The company offers £14.00 per hour, a discretionary £1,000 annual bonus, 28 days leave and a fully funded enhanced DBS check.

Male Support Worker

Hours: 39 paid hours per week on days or 37 paid hours per week on nights
Working pattern: Rolling two week rota. Days 7:15am to 9:15pm. Nights 9:15pm to 7:15am
Driving: Drivers preferred

These vacancies are for male Support Workers. You must have at least six months’ previous care or support experience and be able to work the stated day or night rota.

Drivers are preferred. A full UK driving licence would be advantageous, but is not essential.

You must already have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles. We cannot take over existing sponsorship.

What you’ll be doing

About you

Alongside at least six months’ care or support experience, you will bring:

• Confidence supporting adults with individual and complex needs.
• The ability to maintain accurate records and follow agreed support plans.
• Availability for the required rolling two week shift pattern.

Previous experience in supported living, learning disabilities or complex needs would be particularly useful.
