Male Intensive Support Worker - Waking Nights

Salary £12.26 per hour

Contract Permanent | Waking Night Shifts

Key Requirements

  • Male applicants only, in accordance with a genuine occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9)
  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to community-based support
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of those in our care


Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage and develop life skills to promote independence
  • Provide assistance with daily routines, including meals, appointments, and household tasks
  • Support participation in social and community activities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed care records, including risk management plans
  • Promote positive outcomes and personal development
