Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with complex care to live independently in their own homes. We'd like you to join us as a Live out Support Worker to support our male client who lives in Shrewsbury.
Meet the client: We are currently looking for carers to support our new client who has suffered an acquired brain injury. He requires 24-hour care, is non-verbal, and is totally dependent on others for all of his care needs. He has a very gentle nature and is easy to work with.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our new male client in his own home for days & night shifts, who has suffered an acquired brain injury. The client requires support with personal care and hygiene, PEG feeds, gastrostomy, nebuliser, and oral suctioning. Full clinical training will be provided.
The ability to drive is required as the client lives in an area where public transport is not reliable.
