We have an opportunity for a support worker to work with one of our clients in Bridgnorth, Shropshire.
Due to a brain injury in childhood, our client requires assistance with daily needs, attending appointments, accessing the community, building routines, encouraging personal care, and maintaining his home. He has cognitive impairment, poor inertia, and mild behavioral issues related to acceptance of support. As this is a new support role for him, the candidate should have strong relationship-building skills to help him feel safe and comfortable, with flexibility to adapt as understanding of his needs develops.
Due to the client's needs, this role is only open to a male support worker holding a full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
Pay rate: £15.00 per hour.
Working Hours: Bank hours to cover leave, sickness, or additional needs.
An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided before starting, with support from our clinical lead nurse.
