Qualifications

• Experience in SEN teaching (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Qualified in education or relevant SEN-related fields (QTS/PGCE/SEN Qualification).

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and resources around the student's needs, in core subjects or life skills.
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions.
• Apply skills to raise pupils' confidence.
• Manage children with challenging behaviour.
• Learn about visuals to communicate in some cases.
