Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking experienced Special Educational Needs Tutors to support students with dyslexia, ADHD, autism and other learning needs in a personalised teaching environment. If you're passionate about helping children reach their potential, we want to hear from you.

Ideal candidates will plan lessons and resources around individual needs, deliver engaging sessions, manage challenging behaviour with compassion, and apply visuals to aid understanding.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEN teaching (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt lessons to suit a variety of learning styles
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Responsibilities

• Planning lessons and resources around the student's needs. This could be in the core subjects or life skills;
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions.
• Apply skills to raise pupils' confidence.
• Manage children with challenging behaviour.
• Learn about visuals to communicate in some cases.
