NVQ level 2 or 3 needed for this role
We’re currently recruiting Male Night's Support Workers in Haverfordwest to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) in his own home. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and enjoy helping others live independently and confidently, we’d love to hear from you. No two days are the same, but every shift is an opportunity to make a positive impact. Whether it’s offering reassurance during the night, sharing a conversation, or supporting daily routines, your support will help create comfort, confidence, and independence at home.
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
We’re searching for people who lead with kindness and genuinely care about making someone’s day better.
Experience in care is beneficial, but having the right attitude and values is just as important.
