Active Care Group is hiring Male Night's Support Workers in Haverfordwest to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury. The role includes night shifts (8pm–8am), a mix of waking and sleep duties, and a flexible zero‑hours contract with regular weekly shifts.

You will contribute to a compassionate, person‑centred care plan, maintaining dignity and independence while working with a supportive team and ongoing training opportunities.

Formación

• NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Whether it’s offering reassurance during the night, sharing a conversation, or supporting daily routines, your support will help create comfort, confidence, and independence at home.* **Full time or part time available*** **8pm - 8am*** **Mixture of waking and sleep night shifts available*** **Regular weekly shifts with a consistent care package*** **Option for full time contracts can be discussed for successful candidates.*****In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
