Lifeways Group in Walsall is recruiting a Male Support Worker to enable adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independent, meaningful lives. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided and support is available to help you succeed.

You will work across shifts, providing daily living assistance, companionship and help to access hobbies and community activities, while promoting dignity and inclusion in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living tasks.
• Encourage independence and build confidence.
