Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Maki machine.
• Ensure sushi rolls are produced to the correct specifications.
• Monitor the machine throughout production.
• Carry out basic checks and identify production issues.
• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.
• Support colleagues on the production line when required.
• Keep working area clean and organised.
• Follow all Health & Safety and production procedures.
