Job summary

Myton Food Group is seeking a Manufacturing Key Operative - Machine to run and oversee production lines, set up and calibrate equipment, and ensure quality products for customers in a fast-paced plant.

You will work within a team, maintain safety and hygiene standards, and strive to maximise line effectiveness, reduce waste, and support a reliable manufacturing process across our sites.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a production environment with machinery is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Able to stay focused during repetitive tasks and in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and run the production line to meet order requirements.
• Set up and calibrate equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Aim to maximise equipment effectiveness and minimise waste and downtime.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic environment and follow relevant procedures.
