Manpower UK is seeking a Machine Operator for a leading food manufacturer on a clean, automated site in Crumlin, Wales. The role offers flexible shifts and potential permanent placement.

You will operate a range of machinery, pack finished units, and maintain strict quality and hygiene standards across the production line. Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Experience operating production machinery or on a fast-paced line.

• Reliable, flexible and able to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machinery producing units of packed products.
• Pack finished products and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain high quality and hygiene standards across the line.
• Follow Company and Client procedures and health & safety rules.
• Communicate issues promptly and assist with training others.
