Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead mobilisation for a major residential refurbishment programme in London. The role is 3 days per week over a 3-month contract, outside IR35, with the project valued at around £15 million.

You will bridge contractor mobilisation, ensure CDM compliance and health and safety, coordinate site setup, oversee governance and risk, and support early stakeholder engagement to enable a smooth handover to the longer‑term project

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing major refurbishment or capital works programmes.
• Experience mobilising contracts valued in excess of £10 million.
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations and construction health and safety.
• Background working within social housing, local authority or residential environments.
• Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation phase of a major residential refurbishment programme valued at approximately £15 million.

The contractor has recently been appointed and works are scheduled to commence early in the new year. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between contractor appointment and the mobilisation of the longer-term project management consultancy team.
