Job summary

Trinity Claims in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly organised, empathetic individual to support our Major Loss team. You will assist Major Loss Adjusters and Surveyors on major and complex home insurance claims, translating policy terms into actionable steps and coordinating across buildings, contents and accommodation with contractors.

You will maintain claim files, respond to queries via phone/portal/email, assess emergency accommodation and funds, and process emergency payments with

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in household property insurance claims.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy with high confidentiality.
• Strong questioning, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Major Loss team and surveyors on major/home claims.
• Collect information from customers to ensure swift resolution.
• Coordinate buildings, contents and alternative accommodation elements.
• Maintain accurate claim files and respond to queries promptly.
• Process emergency payments and supplier payments with approvals.
