Job summary

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is seeking a Maitre d’ to orchestrate seamless table allocations for walk-ins and bookings across all sections of our renowned restaurant group in London. You will anticipate guest needs, coordinate with floor and kitchen teams, and contribute to building a loyal customer base with warm, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Maitre d’ or in a senior front-of-house role is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in guest service and hospitality.
• Ability to coordinate tables and communicate with floor and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a smooth table allocation for walk-ins and bookings in all restaurant sections.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and communicate special requests to floor and kitchen.
• Build a regular customer base by warmly engaging guests from door to table and beyond.
