Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Solutions Improvement Manager to drive maintenance transformation. You will own the integrated roadmap, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and provide governance across the programme.

You will report to the Head of Maintenance & Standards and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable improvements. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into clear leadership reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting complex transformation, change or business improvement programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and supporting key decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated transformation roadmap with milestones and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams from predictive sensing to maintenance improvements.
• Run governance activities including steering groups, action tracking and RAID management.
• Produce clear performance and transformation reporting for senior leaders.
• Identify emerging risks and help teams develop practical solutions to keep delivery moving.
• Work with operational, engineering and business teams to align activities and outcomes.
• Champion employee engagement across the function and gather feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the maintenance function.
