Job summary

A community-focused organization in Birmingham seeks a Skilled Labourer/Driver to join its Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in a property or construction-related trade and demonstrable experience in skilled labor. This full-time role requires working 39 hours per week and includes a variety of responsibilities to maintain properties. Qualifications

• Must have demonstrable experience in delivering skilled laboring works.
• Excellent understanding of best practices in delivering high quality repairs.
• Ability to use a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).

Responsibilities

• Join the Maintenance Team to protect customers from harm.
• Deliver skilled laboring works to ensure homes are free from damp and mould.
• Work full-time 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
