Equans is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Water) for the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Undertake the water system planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other maintenance related activities to the EstateComplete maintenance and reactive tasks on the following but not limited to; TMV Servicing, Water Tanks, CLO2 Units, Showers, Water Plants, Temperature ChecksUnderstand the operation of water systems and good water hygiene practices to correctly apply this knowledge and understand during the performance of Estates Services maintenance and testing activitiesProvide as requested by management reports, calculations, and recommendations for the correct and efficient running of all plant and equipmentInterpret and work from all instructions, drawings, and specifications appropriate to his/her own trade, without supervision
