Job summary

Skycare, a well-established care provider in Wolverhampton, is seeking a proactive Care Home Maintenance Technician to support a safe, comfortable environment for residents, visitors and staff.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in maintenance, good knowledge of plumbing and electrical work, PAT testing, and the ability to work independently across multiple sites. We offer £13.30 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a maintenance role.
• Experience in care homes or healthcare settings is desirable.
• Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrics and building maintenance.
• Experience carrying out PAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs and upkeep of the care home environment.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical and building maintenance work.
