NHS Property Services, Swindon-based, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Plumbing) to perform planned and responsive plumbing work across a regional patch including Wiltshire, Bath and Salisbury. We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and customer-focused Maintenance Technician (Plumbing) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber who enjoys working independently, delivering high-quality maintenance, and making a real difference to NHS environments.
As a Maintenance Technician (Plumbing), you will play a key role in delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a varied estate. Covering a wide geographical area including Wiltshire, Bath and Salisbury, you'll ensure plumbing systems are maintained to a safe and compliant standard while supporting the wider team with general maintenance tasks where required.
This is a mobile role where no two days are the same. You'll be working across multiple sites, responding to issues, carrying out repairs, and helping ensure healthcare environments remain fully operational for patients and staff.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
You are a qualified and experienced plumber who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You're proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently across a large patch, managing your own workload while maintaining excellent customer service.
