Job Description:

Our client is a Plant Tool Hire Company supplying power tools, small plant machinery, generators (diesel and solar), and temporary site cabins/vans throughout Southeast. They are seeking a permanent team member as a technician/driver.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Checking returned tools, cleaning, and repairing as needed.
2. Fixing damaged equipment (mechanical and electrical).
3. Preparing cabins/living quarters for delivery.
4. Delivering equipment to client premises (via van or towing).
5. Conducting PAT testing on electrical appliances.
6. Operating materials handling equipment (forklifts) and moving equipment around the site.

You will be expected to participate in all tasks to ensure professional service delivery. No extensive prior experience is required, as training will be provided. A practical mindset, ability to learn, and team-oriented approach are essential.

A full, valid driving license with no more than 6 points is required. Beneficial skills include mechanical, electrical, forklift operation, and towing.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential overtime and Saturday work at premium rates. Immediate interviews and start are available for suitable candidates.
