Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks in Hook, Hampshire, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Site Support team. This full-time, 37.5-hour role provides a stable career within a regulated healthcare environment.

You'll maintain a safe, comfortable hospital environment, performing general maintenance across the site, reporting faults, and supporting facilities operations. Experience in building, plumbing, mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding in a building, plumbing, mechanical or electrical discipline.

Responsabilités

• Maintains a well-decorated, safe and comfortable environment throughout the site, in line with quality standards and regulations.
• Identifies and reports faults to the Maintenance Manager and takes agreed actions to keep conditions compliant.
• Carry out General Maintenance tasks as defined in the General Property Maintenance Guide.
