Job summary

Priory Group in Towcester is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Tudor House on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The role involves planned and reactive maintenance to keep the site safe, welcoming and well-maintained, with pro-rata salary of £14,026 per year and training opportunities.

The successful candidate will have basic numeracy and literacy, strong attention to detail, be able to work independently, and collaborate with a compassionate team to support residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in building, plumbing, mechanical or electrical disciplines would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works.
• Keep the site safe, well maintained and welcoming for colleagues, patients and visitors.
