Job summary

Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off (2x12hr days, 2x12hr nights). You will drive reliability, support continuous improvement, and mentor less‑experienced colleagues while ensuring safety and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Time-served maintenance technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Relevant ONC/HNC in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering.
• Significant hands-on experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and enhance mechanical, electrical and control systems to keep production running.
• Enter breakdown information into a CMMS to drive machine performance and uptime.
• Lead and support colleagues, offering guidance and technical support.
• Contribute to preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement to improve quality, safety and material flow.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and documentation to engineering specs.
