Job Summary: Maintenance Tech I team members are responsible for regular and preventative maintenance in our facilities, providing outstanding service in a safe manner. They must be able to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Essential Functions

• Ensure safety by always using designated PPE and tools, complying with safety regulations, and keeping a clean workspace.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
• Operate all power tools and machinery effectively and respectfully.
• Read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment before shifts to ensure safety and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in other areas and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience.
• Good physical stamina and coordination, ability to lift 80 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods.
• Able to work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
