Job Title: Shift Maintenance Technician | Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off Days and Nights

Role Overview:

As our next Shift Maintenance Technician at the Avonmouth bakery, you will carry out electrical and mechanical fault-finding and repairs on factory equipment in a high-pressure environment. Your main responsibility will be to perform essential machine maintenance to ensure smooth factory operations and minimize downtime.

To succeed in this role, you should be resilient and adaptable. Working alongside a team of skilled technicians, you will conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on fast-paced production machinery.

This role involves fixing a variety of problems, contributing to a strong team culture with a sense of togetherness. You will maintain a range of equipment and be recognized for your achievements. We value quality in your work and see you as a key team member.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in engineering within a factory environment
  • Ability to use initiative to solve machinery issues
