NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a skilled Estates Technician to maintain building services, plant and equipment across NHS sites in Lanarkshire. You will diagnose faults, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and document work to ensure safe, compliant operations.
The role requires an apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical bias, an HNC or equivalent, and a valid UK driving license. Day and back shifts form the pattern, with a focus on delivering high standards of service.

To maintain a range of buildings services, plant and equipment, which can sometimes be complex and non-routine by diagnosing and repairing faults as they occur.
Maintain NHSL’s mechanical, electrical plumbing, associated building services plant and building fabric assets to a high standard.
This will include the planning and prioritising on a day‑to‑day basis of their workload and material management requirements to include documentation, completion and sign off.
