A leading manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves handling daily engineering tasks, ensuring machine efficiency, and requires a background in electrical or mechanical engineering. Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Salary: £45,000 + Pension + Overtime
Working Hours: Days Based Monday – Friday (Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 13:30)

The successful candidate will handle all aspects of daily engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring work is performed to high standards and maximizing machine efficiency. The role involves working on a weekend shift pattern and maintaining strong communication between shifts and departments. Candidates should have a background in electrical or mechanical engineering, be able to work independently, be a time-served engineer (preferably multi-skilled), and have experience with fast-paced machinery. Responsibilities include general maintenance on drives, motors, wrappers, pumps, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment. Extensive training is available to help broaden skills.
