Planet Pharma is partnered with a leading medical device client seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician in Electrical Engineering.

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth operation of our client's site in Rhymney, providing front-line maintenance and rapid breakdown response as part of a rotating shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement activities on systems such as production machinery, chemical processing equipment, textile and conversion lines, air compressors, boilers, chiller systems, HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), and SCADA systems.
2. Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems across the site.
3. Ensure health and safety of themselves and others during engineering interventions.
4. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and GMP in all work aspects.
5. Determine appropriate safety standards for new and existing equipment and installation methods.
