Job summary

Staffline in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and building assets across retail stores, ensuring cost-effective, safe operations in line with Company procedures.

The role involves supervising the Maintenance Assistant, managing PPMs, and prioritising work to meet service levels. A 42.5 hour week and on-call rotation are part of the package.

Qualifications

Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in retail environments.
Ability to supervise a Maintenance Assistant and coach them to follow company processes.
Experience ensuring tasks meet health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

To complete all necessary PPMs and ensure remedial tasks are logged and actioned.
To supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA) and provide regular coaching.
To prioritise maintenance to meet contract SLA's.

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technicianto join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.

The role will involve carry out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs to a range of electrical, mechanical and building assets in retail stores in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the specified Company Health and Safety procedures.

This is likely to include bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems and assets, lighting systems, building fabric, water services and other static and portable electrical equipment. General maintenance and first look is required for all HVAC/Fire and Security and electrical and general issues.

Key Responsibilities - Mobile Maintenance Technician

To complete all necessary PPM's and ensure all PPM remedial tasks are accurately logged and actioned, ensuring legal compliance
To supervise the Maintenance Assistant (MA), provide regular coaching and support them to perform their role in line with company processes.
To prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and contract SLA's
